A customer brought their car in, saying there was a crunching sound when turning. I took it for a short drive to confirm, and did hear a little something.

As soon as I lifted it and looked underneath I saw the problem. Some thick plastic wrap had gotten itself wrapped around the axle, and when they turned it would make a crackly-crunchy noise.
