I was looking over a Honda CR-V that was well past its prime. It was close to 200,000 miles, and had a lot of problems.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4340\" src=\"https:\/\/mechanicalmalarkey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/2019_06_06_01.jpg\" alt=\"2019_06_06_01.jpg\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>When I was all done with it, I shut the hood and walked over to the driver&#8217;s door to pull it outside. As I moved from the front of the car, I heard something fall. I looked back to find that the front Honda emblem had just fallen off a few seconds after I shut the hood. The fact that it didn&#8217;t fall off right when the hood closed made it just like what would happen in a cartoon.
