I pulled out the old bulb, and found something a little odd.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3997\" src=\"https:\/\/mechanicalmalarkey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/2018_07_09_01.jpg\" alt=\"2018_07_09_01.jpg\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The bulb glass was completely gone, but the filament was still there, although burned out. The glass or remnants of glass weren&#8217;t in the headlight housing, so I don&#8217;t know what happened to it.
