This one was impressive.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3761\" src=\"https:\/\/mechanicalmalarkey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/2018_01_25_01.jpg\" alt=\"2018_01_25_01.jpg\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This Civic has led a rough life. Rust, dents, bumper not very secure. But that&#8217;s not all.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3762\" src=\"https:\/\/mechanicalmalarkey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/2018_01_25_02.jpg\" alt=\"2018_01_25_02\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Instead of a regular hood latch, the hood is being held closed by hood pins. These aren&#8217;t unusual for a race car or hot rod, but these are on a stock Civic. Not only that, but instead of cotter pins, there are mini padlocks.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3763\" src=\"https:\/\/mechanicalmalarkey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/2018_01_25_03.jpg\" alt=\"2018_01_25_03\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The front grille has been screwed on, and there are a few dozen extra holes right in the middle. Of course the Honda emblem is missing.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3764\" src=\"https:\/\/mechanicalmalarkey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/2018_01_25_04.jpg\" alt=\"2018_01_25_04\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Why use Honda wheel covers when you could use Ford ones?
